Pig O’Lattes is seriously so good. I had the Tribute to Luigi and it was loaded—in the best way. Tons of flavor, super satisfying, and everything worked together perfectly. You can tell the ingredients are fresh and there’s real thought put into how everything comes together.

The BBQ is legit, the lattes are amazing (such a cool combo for a food truck), and overall you can just feel the passion behind it.

I also love that it’s named after his dog—it makes the whole thing feel even more personal.

I love seeing friends chase their dreams and build something cool, and today I had the chance to be the very first customer at Pig O’Latte, the new food truck from Hathaway Criteser in Grants Pass.
I ordered The Piglet Sandwich, and it absolutely delivered. It comes on a toasted sourdough roll with special sauce, Canadian bacon, pepperoncini, pineapple, and a three-cheese blend. The combination might sound unexpected, but it works incredibly well. You get sweet, salty, tangy, and cheesy all in one bite. It’s almost like a Hawaiian-style grinder, and the balance of flavors is spot on.
Hathaway also let me try a couple samples — German sausage with his house-made sauce and smoked tri-tip with his own BBQ sauce. Both were fantastic and packed with flavor.
What really stands out though is the passion behind the food. You can tell this is someone pouring their heart into their craft and into serving the community. That kind of energy always makes the food taste even better.
If you're in Grants Pass and want to support a new local food truck doing things right, Pig O’Latte is definitely worth checking out.

The Piglet Sandwich has quickly become a favorite here at Pig O’ Latte in Grants Pass, and you nailed it - that balance of sweet, tangy, and savory is exactly what we’re aiming for. Everything we’re doing is built around real food, bold flavor, and creating something local that people can come back to.

Glad you got to try the tri-tip and German sausage as well - BBQ is a big part of what we’re building here, and there’s a lot more coming.
